Shipping Methods

FTAFever is located in — and ships from — Southern California. We ship via USPS Priority mail, UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Ground. (Please note that 3-Day shipping is currently only available to United States customers.)

All FTA receivers purchased at bulk rates are shipped via UPS Ground. All FTA receiver Dish Combo Packages are mailed UPS ground.

U.S. non-bulk retail FTA receiver orders usually reach their destination within 1 - 3 business days from order date, if shipping to a destination within the continental USA.

When do we ship?

We offer same-day shipping, if you order and pay before 12PM PST, Monday - Friday. If you order during a weekend, or after 12PM PSTon Friday, your order will be shipped Monday morning.

USPS and UPS tracking numbers are emailed to the email address you provide when you order. If you don't receive our tracking email, please check your Junk Mail folder.

Special Note for Paypal Customers: If paying via Paypal, please note that your shipping address must match the billing address associated with the credit or debit card you used to pay us. Otherwise, your transaction will be unsuccessful, your credit or debit card will not be charged, and your order will not ship.
